Payment Methods

Together with our payment service providers, we offer you various payment methods. These may differ according to customer status and country of delivery. In your user account you will find all the payment options available to you. If you are not satisfied with the payment methods offered, please contact us.

Our focus is to provide you with easy and convenient payment options. Please note that we currently only accept payments in EURO currency.

Prepayment

After receipt of your order you will immediately receive your proforma invoice for the transfer of the due payment amount.

Payment via Paypal

Pay easily and securely from your PayPal account.
Payment via PayPal is also possible without a PayPal account by credit card or direct debit.

Purchase on Account

With the support of our partner Allianz Trade, we are happy to provide you with the option of purchasing on account. After the goods have been dispatched with an invoice, you have 30 days to easily and conveniently pay the outstanding amount by bank transfer.

(applies only to business customers based in Germany; maximum payment 3000,- EUR net)

Shipping Costs

Germany

The shipping costs for deliveries within Germany via our shop are a flat rate of 15,- Euro.

International

Deliveries abroad are currently only possible within the EU. The shipping costs for deliveries to EU countries outside Germany via our shop are a flat rate of 25,- Euro.

Terms of Delivery

The General Terms and Conditions of Helmholz GmbH & Co. KG apply in the current version.

Helmholz shall not be obligated to fulfill this agreement if its fulfillment is prevented by any impediments arising from national or international foreign trade regulations, customs requirements or embargoes as well as other sanctions. This may also include a free withdrawal from this contractual agreement, the customer shall be refunded. Helmholz will inform the customer without undue delay upon knowledge of the occurrence of such impossibilities.
