The myREX24 V2 portal is an end-to-end system for accessing PLC controls, operator panels (HMI) or other components of your industrial plants via VPN. In addition to remote maintenance and remote diagnostics, the operating data of your machinery can be controlled via web browser - directly with your smartphone or tablet.

Stable and reliable remote maintenance of industrial plants with OpenVPN
The myREX24 V2 remote maintenance portal was realized on the basis of OpenVPN and OpenSSL. The connection to the portal is always established from two sides. Both the VPN client and the remote maintenance router establish an outbound connection. The service technician uses shDIALUP as VPN client to establish a VPN connection to the portal. The REX industrial router is located inside the machine and, depending on the version, can establish the Internet connection via the WAN interface, WLAN or mobile radio.

The REX routers are designed for operation in interaction with the myREX24 V2 portal. The complete parameterization and remote maintenance is carried out via the portal.
