Helmholz – Your Expert for PROFINET and Industrial Networks
Satisfied Customers are our Success
A high demand for quality and performance has been the reason for our pride in our products for over 35 years. To meet this demand, we have been certified according to DIN ISO 9001:2015 since 1999. Integrated control systems help us to monitor the complex manufacturing processes directly at the production site.
Our goal is to constantly improve our quality through optimization and further development and thus to more than satisfy our customers.
Our Certification
ISO / Quality Management
Since 1999, our company has been successfully audited by DEKRA in accordance with the ISO 9001:2015 series of standards. This certified quality management system ensures that we meet our own quality standards. For you as a customer, this means you can expect consistent quality – both in our products and in all aspects of our business dealings.
Our Responsibility
In Harmony with the Environment and Human Rights
We attach great importance to the health and safety of our employees and the general public. By optimally organizing our company processes from the ordering process to disposal, we make an important contribution to preserving the environment. A social institution in the immediate vicinity supports us in the pre-assembly of electronic components. People with disabilities thus experience independence, self-affirmation and social recognition through their work. It goes without saying that our products are manufactured without exploitation of children and young people.
Green Energy for Production
Sustainable energies protect the environment and reduce costs. We operate a large-scale photovoltaic system on the roof of our production building, and we use up to 80% of the solar energy it generates ourselves. Modern control technology also enables short-term and reliable switching to stored solar energy, for example in the event of a power failure. This allows production steps that have already been started to be completed or moved to a secure waiting position. This prevents potential production waste and allows our servers to complete backups and shut down in a controlled manner.
This significantly reduces our dependence on external electricity suppliers. It also makes us less vulnerable to electricity price increases, as we use most of the energy we generate ourselves. The environment also benefits, as the solar power we generate saves many tons of CO₂.
Shaping Supply Chains Responsibly
Our suppliers are an integral part of our environmental and quality policy and are firmly integrated into our overall strategy. We receive the necessary reports or notifications from our suppliers and can prove this to our customers. Together, we have implemented the guidelines listed below.
WEEE - Waste of Electrical and Electronic Equipment
The WEEE Directive 2012/19/EU aims to prevent waste from electrical and electronic equipment and to reduce such waste through reuse, recycling and other forms of recovery. In the interest of environmentally friendly recycling, the devices can be returned to the supplier within the EC or returned to a locally authorized disposal facility. Observe the applicable regulations.
Packaging and Packaging Waste
Effective 11 February 2025, the European Packaging Regulation (Regulation (EU) 2025/40, hereinafter referred to as the “Packaging and Packaging Waste Regulation” or “PPWR”) entered into force. Its objective is to significantly reduce packaging consumption in the EU, improve recyclability, and strengthen the circular economy. Unless otherwise explicitly stated, most of the obligations and requirements set forth in the regulation will take effect on August 12, 2026.
