myREX24 V2 Public Server LDAP-Connector
The LDAP connector makes it possible to control password management centrally via directory services. The LDAP protocol (Lightweight Directory Access Protocol) is used, for example in conjunction with the Microsoft Windows Server (Active Directory).
This function means that you do not log in directly to the portal, but rather via the directory service. For example, if you deactivate a user in Active Directory, that user will automatically be globally banned.
User accounts and their rights are still managed on the remote service portal server. Only the user password is exchanged via the directory service, i.e. the domain password. Note that the corresponding user must exist in the directory service in order to authenticate.

- Encrypted connection possible using SSL (LDAPs) or TLS (STARTTLS).
- User import via LDAP
